To ensure your products remain in good condition and perform optimally over time, we recommend that you always follow the washing and care instructions included with each product.
Generally, gentle washing, mild detergents, and air drying will contribute to a longer lifespan.
Avoid strong heat, tumble drying, and chemicals where possible.
Design
All our products are designed in Norway with a focus on quality, function, and timeless expression. Production takes place with carefully selected partners abroad, primarily in China, who adhere to our requirements for materials, craftsmanship, and quality.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. To be accepted for return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to socks, yoga towels, body care and opened silk.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, including returns from abroad. To arrange a return, contact us at hello@camareform.no and we will email you a shipping label.
When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery within Norway takes 1–5 business days, depending on where in the country you live.
Delivery outside Norway takes 3–10 business days.
You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How much is shipping?
We offer a low flat shipping rate. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment. We deliver with Posten Bring.
Free shipping within Norway on orders over 499 NOK with mailbox delivery (other delivery options cost extra), and on orders over 1,000 NOK to other countries.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the EU. Prices are shown in your own currency, and you choose your delivery country at checkout.
We ship from Norway, which is outside the EU customs area. Import VAT, a customs clearance fee from the carrier and any applicable duties may therefore be added, and are paid on delivery.
What applies varies by country, product type and order value, so we cannot state the amount in advance. Read more under Shipping and delivery.
